PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY The entire team at Arkansas Orthodontics is committed to completing two central goals regarding the operation of our practice. Because we honor each person as a valuable human being, we want to honor the value of the time that they have invested in their orthodontic treatment as well as the personal and financial commitment it takes to complete that treatment. As a result, we try to treat each person with dignity and respect. We are also committed to sticking closely to our appointment schedule and keeping our fees as reasonable as possible. Finally, we demonstrate this respect and honor in a "no surprises" environment. We will try hard to explain everything "up front" along with written confirmations of everything, and we remain available at all times for questions. In this regard, we ask you to show respect for us and our team as well. First, when you must miss an appointment, please provide us with 24 hour notice. Good appointment keeping is the cornerstone of our mutual respect. Second, if you have breakage (no matter how close to your appointment time) please give us the courtesy of a call as quickly as possible so that we can set up enough time to repair that breakage plus perform the regular adjustment. And last, please keep in mind that we also expect to be treated with dignity and mutual respect by all of our clients. No communication of any sort that is loud, rude, abusive, sarcastic or threatening will be tolerated from patients or parents. Please treat our team with the respect and civility that you expect from them. If we fail in any regard, please contact either our administrator, Tina Depew or our customer service specialist, Jennifer Harding, so that we may better serve you. | |
